Section 82: No liability for delay to passengers

The Authority shall not be liable for a loss arising from the delay to a passenger caused--(a) by the failure of a ship, vehicle or train to start on a journey; or
(b) by the late starting or late arrival of a ship, vehicle, or train, arising from any cause whatsoever.
