Section 79: Exemptions from provisions of this Part
1999Section 79 of 128•Federal Republic of Nigeria
The provisions of this Part of this Act, shall not apply to--(a) any ship belonging to any of the armed forces of the Federation; or
(b) any ship belonging to the armed forces of a foreign country extending reciprocal treatment to ships belonging to the armed forces of the Federation.
