Section 14: Repeals, etc.

1989Section 14 of 16•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Subject to section 6 of the Interpretation Act, the Nigerian Pilgrims Board Act is hereby repealed and the assets and liabilities of the Board established by the said Act are hereby transferred to the Commission.
