Section 11: Power to defer pilgrimage in certain cases

Where the Commission is satisfied that a person has committed any offence or misconduct specified by the Commission in the regulations made pursuant to section 13 of this Act, the Commission may, with the prior approval of the Mihister disqualify that person from undertaking any pilgrimage organised or supervised by the Commission pursuant to this Act and the disqualification shall have effect for such period as the Commission may specify.
