Section 23: Designation and review of contracts.

Upon assessment of the documentation received in compliance with section 19 of this Act, the Board shall advise the operator, within 10 days,which contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders have been designated by the Board for review, and the designated contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders shall be reviewed to the satisfaction of the Board.
