Section 95: Establishment of Minerals buying Centres.

Proceeds recovered under a small scale mining Lease shall be sold to a licensed Mineral Procurement Centre, hereinafter referred to as a "Mineral Buying Centre" and valid sales receipts obtained and when "Mineral Buying Centre" and valid sales receipts obtained and when centres required shall be produced for inspection by an authorized officer of the Cadastre Office.
