Section 80: Consequential Amendment.

A reference in any enactment (apart from this Act, the Factories Act and the Criminal Code Act) to a Mine or Mining Operations shall be construed, unless it is otherwise expressly provided or the context otherwise requires, as including a reference to a quarry or quarrying operations and effect shall be given to the enactment with any necessary modifications.
