Section 79: Survey.

Subject to the provision of this section, the Mining Cadastre Office shall, before granting a lease, require the area specified in the application to be surveyed in accordance with the provisions of the survey Co-ordination Act and the cost of the survey shall be paid by the application in accordance with the scale prescribed by or under that Act.
