Section 47: Qualification for Reconnaissance Permit.

A qualified applicant for a Reconnaissance Permit is-(a) a citizen of Nigeria with legal capacity and who has not been convicted of a criminal offence; or
(b) a body corporate duly incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act ; or
(c) a Mining Co-operative.
