Section 155: Continuing obligations of Mineral title holder.

Notwithstanding the revocation of a mineral title in accordance with this Act the mineral title or Permit holder, shall remain liable for the performance of any obligation arising out of the mineral title, including environmental obligations, incurred prior to the date of revocation as well as for any claims for damages or injuries by bona fide third parties.
