Section 152: Delivery of documents.

Upon the revocation of a mineral title, the former holder thereof shall deliver to the Mines Inspectorate Department responsible for the area-(a) all records which the holder is obliged to submit under the provisions of this Act and regulations;
(b) all plans or maps of the area covered by the mineral title prepared by the holder or at his instructions ; and
(c) such other documents relating to the Mineral title as the Mines Officer may request.
