Section 137: Unlawful interference.

A person who without lawful authority wilfully breaks, defaces or removes or in any other way interferes with any boundary mark, beacon pillar or post erected for any of the purpose of this Act or the regulations made under it, without necessary approval or authority under this Act commits an offence.
