Section 130: Agreement of other interested persons.

(1) It shall be the duty of every applicant for a water licence to reach agreement with all persons likely to be adversely affected by the grant of such water licence at or before the time of making his application and to inform the Mining Cadastre Office of any conditions in the water licence.
(2) Where no agreement is reached pursuant to subsection (1) of this section, the matter should be referred to the Minister for appropriate action, and where the Minister's action is not accepted, the matter should be referred to Arbitration.
