Section 128: Restoration of river bank.

The Mines Inspectorate Department shall by order in writing, require any person who, in the course of mining operations, unlawfully interferes with the bank of any water course to-
(a) restore the bank to the condition in which it was immediately prior to interference; or
(b) make the bank in such a manner as may be specified in the order.
