Section 54: Judicial management and Liquidation

2007Section 54 of 65•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, the Agency may not be placed under judicial management or liquidation except it is authorized by an Act of the National Assembly enacted specifically for such purpose.
