Section 33: Limitation of Liability

The Minister, Agency or a person in the service or acting on the authority of Limitation of liability the Agency, or any person appointed to exercise any power or to perform any duty under this Part, is not liable in respect of any loss or damage resulting from anything done or not done in good faith in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
