Section 19: Indemnity of members of the Council and employees of the Institute

Every member of the Council, agent, auditor or employee for the time being of the Institute shall be indemnified out of the assets of the Institute against any liability incurred by him in defending any proceeding whether civil or criminal, if any such proceeding is brought against him in his capacity as such member, agent, auditor or employee as aforesaid.
