Section 24: Fund of the Agency.

The Agency shall establish and maintain a fund to which shall be paid :(a) all subventions and budgetary allocations from the Federal Government ;
(b) gifts, loans, grants-in-aid from national, bilateral and multilateral agencies ;
(c) royalties paid to the Agency ;
(d) rents, fees and other internally generated revenue from services provided by the Agency; and
(e) all other sums howsoever accruing to the Agency from time to time.
