Section 21: Application of Statutory Agency, etc. (Special Provisions) Act, Cap. 417.

Section 2 of the Statutory Authorities, etc. (Special Provisions) Act shall apply in relation to the Agency as if the Agency were a Board affected by that Act, so however, that in the application of that section-(a) references to the Board of an affected Agency shall be construed as references to the Agency; and
(b) references to appointments shall be construed as excluding references to the appointment of ex-officio members of the Agency.
