Section 16: Officers and servants of previous body.

Officers and servants of a body to whom this Act applies who, on the vesting date, are on the established staff of such body shall be deemed to be seconded for such period as may be specified by the Board by an instrument addressed to the said officer or servant from the services of the body in question to the service of the Agency subject to such limitation as regards periods of service as may be provided by their existing terms of service in that body.
