Section 1: Establishment of the Nigerian Export Promotion Council.

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (in this Act referred to as "the Council").
(2) The Council shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
