Section 24: Service of documents.

A summons, notice or other documents required or authorised to be served on the Bank under the provisions of this Act or any other enactment or law may be served by-(a) delivering it to the chairman or the Managing Director of the Bank; or
(b) by sending it by registered post addressed to the Managing Director at the principal office of the Bank.
