Section 23: Application of Cap. B3.

The Banks and other Financial Institutions Act shall apply to the Bank in its commercial banking business to the same extent as it applies to banks under that Act and accordingly and in so far as the provisions of the Banks and Other Financial Institutions Act are not inconsistent with those of this Act, the Bank shall, where applicable, comply with the requirements of that Act as if the Bank were a bank to which that Act applies.
