Section 30: Cancellation of registration.

Where the Board orders the cancellation of a registration certificate issued under this Act in relation to -(a) a dock worker; or
(b) a dock labour employer,
it shall direct the submission of the registration certificate to the Secretary to the Council within three days thereof.
