Section 31: Regulations.

(1) The Council may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations generally for the purpose of this Act and any regulations so made shall be published in the Gazette as soon as practicable and a copy of any such regulations shall be sent to the Minister not later than seven days before they are so published.
(2) Rules made for the purposes of this Act shall be subject to confirmation by the Council at its next general meeting or at any special meeting of the Council convened for the purpose, and if the general meeting refuses to confirm such rules shall cease the have effect on the day after the date of refusal, but without prejudice to anything done in pursuance of any such rules.
