Section 21: Application of the Act to unregistered person.

A person not being a registered food professional who would have qualified to apply for and obtain membership of the Food Profession may, within six months from the commencement of this Act, apply for registration to the Council, in such manner a may be prescribed by rules made by the Council and, if approved, he shall be registered according to his qualification.
