Section 18: Annual reports.

(1) The Council shall prepare and submit to the Minister, not later than 30th June in each financial year, a report on the activities of the Council during the immediate preceding year and shall include in the report a copy of the audited accounts of the Council tor that year and the auditor's report on the accounts.
(2) The Minister shall submit the report and any recommendation made by him to the Federal Executive Council.
