Section 10: Transfer of rights and liabilities under contract of Government colliery undertakings

Contracts such as are mentioned in the Third Schedule to this Act shall have effect in favour of and against the Corporation as therein mentioned and to the extent therein mentioned as if in stead of the Government the Corporation has been named therein or had been a party thereto.
