Section 19: Penalties for refusal to give information

(1) If any person fails to give information as required under section 18 of this Act, he
is guilty of an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine or imprisonment as stipulated in the regulations made under the Civil Aviation Act.

(2) If any person knowingly makes a statement in any particulars given as aforesaid, which is false in a material particular, he shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine or imprisonment, or both such fine and imprisonment as are stipulated in the regulations.
