Section 22: Appointment and powers of the Inspectors.

(1) The Council shall appoint for the Board such number of inspectors as it may deem fit in the circumstances.
(2)
Any inspector appointed under subsection (1) of this section shall have powers-
(a) to make such examinations and inquiry as may be necessary to ascertain whether or not the provisions of this Act or any regulation made are being complied with; and
(b) by notice in writing to require any person to furnish in such forms as may be directed any information on such matters as may be specified in the notice and such person shall comply.
