Section 21: Functions of the Unit.

The Unit shall-
(a) enforce compliance with the standards developed and reviewed by the Board;
(b) impose such sanctions as may be prescribed by the Board, from time to time; and
(c) perform such other functions as the Council or the Board may assign to it from time to time.
