Section 2: Governing board No. 14, 1986.

(1) The Immigration Prisons Services Board established under the Immigration and Prisons Services Board Act 1986, as amended, shall be the Governing Board of the Corps and shall, subject to this Act, have general control of the Corps.
(2)
The supplementary provisions set out in the Schedule to this Act shall, in addition to the provisions contained in the Immigration and Prisons Services Board Act 1986, have effect with respect to the proceedings of the Board under this Act and the other matters contained therein.
