Section 11: Funds of the Corps.

2003Section 11 of 30•Federal Republic of Nigeria

The Corps shall establish and maintain a fund into which shall be paid and credited:(a) all subventions and budgetary allocation from the Federal Govemment ;and
(b) all the sums accruing to the Corps, from time to time.
