Section 50: Exclusion of discrimination.

1 Cadets shall not be required to satisfy the requirements as to race, ethnic grouping, sex, place of birth, family origin, religious or political persuasion, as a condition of becoming or continuing to be a cadet at the Academy, the holder of any degree of the Academy or of any appointment or employment at the Academy or a member of any body established under any of the provisions of this Act.

2 A person shall not be subjected to any disadvantage or accorded any advantage, in the Academy, by reference to any of the matters specified in subsection (1).
