Section 47: Indemnity of officers of the Academy.

A member of the Council or any principal officer or employee of the Academy shall be indemnified out of the assets of the Academy against any proceedings brought against him in his capacity as a member of the Council, principal officer or employee of the Academy where the act complained of is not ultra vires his powers.
