Section 30: Indemnity.

A members of the Board, Director-General or employee of the Agency shall be indemnified out of the assets of the Agency against any proceedings brought against him in his capacity as member of the Board, Director-General, officer or employee of the Agency, where the act complained of is not ultra vires to his power.
