Section 20: Service of notices and process.

A notice, summons, other court processes, other documents required or authorised to be served upon the NEITI under the provisions of this Act, any other law or enactment shall be served by delivering it to the Executive Secretary or by sending it by registered post and addressed to the Executive Secretary at the principal office of the NEITI.
