Section 15: Bank account.

2007Section 15 of 22•Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) The NEITI shall maintain bank accounts, the signatories of which shall be determined by the NSWG in accordance with the regulation made pursuant hereto.
(2) The accounts may be opened in such banks as the NSWG may determine.
