Section 94: Designation of special judges.

The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court may designate any judge of the Federal High Court to hear matters for the recovery of debts owed to an insured institution under the control and management of the Corporation or under liquidation and criminal offences related to it or arising from the provisions of this Act, the Banks and Other Financial Institutions Act, the Failed Banks (Recovery of Debt) and Other Financial Malpractices in Banks Act, or any legislation containing banking and related offences, to the exclusion of any other matter for such period as may be determined by the Chief Judge.
