Section 91: Indemnity of the Corporation.

The Corporation or any of its directors, officers or agents shall not be subject to any action, claim, suit, court proceedings, or demand by or liability to any person in respect of anything done or omitted to be done in good faith under or in execution of or in connection with the operations, business or activities of the Corporation or the execution of any power conferred upon the Corporation, such director, officer or agent.
