Section 15: Interpretation.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
"director" means the director appointed pursuant to section 3 (1) of this Act;
"Institute" means the National Water Resources Institute established by section 1 (1) of this Act;
"Minister" means the Minister charged with responsibility for water resources.
