Section 12: Service of documents.

The notice referred to in section 11 of this Act and any summons, notice or other document required or authorised to be served upon the Institute under the provisions of this Act or any other enactment or law may be served by delivering the same to the chairman of the Board or the director of the Institute, or by sending it by registered post addressed to the director at the principal office of the Institute.
