Section 22: Date for compliance with new regulations

Except otherwise stated in this Act or any other Law, a change in any regulation made under this Act relating to the standard, packaging and labelling of tobacco or tobacco related products shall take effect after 18 months from the date of publication of the regulations in the Official Gazette.
