Section 20: Restriction on execution against property of the Agency

(1) In any action or suit against the Agency, no execution or attachment of process in the nature thereof shall be issued against the Agency.
(2) Any sums of moneys, which may by the judgment of the court be awarded against the Agency shall, subject to any directions given by Court where notice of appeal of the said judgment has been given, be paid by the Agency from the general reserve fund of the Agency.
