Section 5: Tenure of office

The Chairman and other members of the Board, other than ex-officio members shall hold office —(a) for a term of four years in the first instance and may be re-appointed for a further term of four years and no more; and
(b) on such terms and conditions as may be specified in their letters of appointment.
