Section 3: Establishment of the National Senior Secondary Education Commission

(1) There is established the National Senior Secondary Education Commission ("the Commission").
(2) The Commission —
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal;
(b) may sue or be sued in its corporate name; and
(c) may acquire, hold and dispose of property whether moveable or immoveable.
