Section 12: Establishment of State offices of the Commission

(1)
There shall be established for each State of the Federation and for the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, an office of the Commission, to be headed by a deputy Director.

(2) There shall also be established in each local government area of every State, a local office of the Commission to be headed by a Comptroller.
