Section 3: Tenure of office of member

Subject to the provisions of this Act, a member of the Board, other than an ex officio member-(a) shall hold office for a term of four years on such terms and conditions as may be specified in his letter of appointment; and
(b) may be reappointed for a further term of four years and no more.
