NATIONAL PARK SERVICE ACT

Section 1: Establishment of the National Park Service

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Park Service (in this Act referred to as "the Service").
(2) The Service-
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
