Section 5: Establishment of Tripartite Committee on National Minimum Wage.

(1) There is established the Tripartite Committee on National Minimum Wage (in this Act referred to as "the Tripartite Committee") consisting of representatives of Government, organised labour and private sector, on equal representation.
(2) The Secretariat of the Tripartite Committee shall be domiciled in the National Salaries, Income and Wages Commission.
